What this service is
myvisadata.com compiles publicly available government immigration data and lets you track the status of cases you tell us about. We are an independent service with no affiliation to USCIS, the Department of Labor, or any government agency.
We do not provide legal advice. Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship. See our disclaimer for detail.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Provide accurate information, keep your email secure, and tell us if you think someone else has access. One account per person.
Only track cases you are personally connected to or authorized to monitor. Do not use this service to look up other people's cases without their knowledge.
Community conduct
Posting is a privilege. Do not:
- Post other people's receipt numbers or personal details
- Give legal advice or hold yourself out as an attorney if you are not one
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Advertise, spam, or solicit
- Post anything unlawful or deliberately misleading
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without notice.
Accuracy and availability
We work from public government data, which contains errors, omissions, and lags. We do not guarantee that any figure, estimate, or alert is accurate, complete, or timely. We do not guarantee the service will be available without interruption.
Do not rely on this service as your only means of monitoring a case. Deadlines — particularly for requests for evidence and audits — carry serious consequences, and you should track them independently and through your attorney.

This service is in beta. Features may change or be removed, data may be incomplete, and bugs are expected. We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including any immigration outcome, missed deadline, or decision made in reliance on information found here.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting publicly you grant us a license to display and distribute it as part of the service. You can delete your content at any time.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders, and the date above will change.
