Data accuracy

We compile information from DOL disclosure files, the DOL FLAG system, USCIS published processing times and case status data, and other public sources. Government data contains errors and omissions, and there is always a lag between something happening and it appearing in a public dataset. Always verify anything important against the official government source or with your attorney.

Case monitoring

Our alerts depend on government systems being available and accurate. We may miss or delay a notification for reasons outside our control. Do not rely on this service as your only means of monitoring a case, particularly where deadlines are involved. Responses to requests for evidence and audit notifications have strict deadlines, and missing one can result in denial.
